Masaki promotion to a full professor

Masaki has been qualified to be an full professor. This can not be acchieved without everyone's help in past 8.5 years since he joined NTHU. Masaki is greatly thankful for everyone! NTHU president Hong Hocheng (賀陳弘 校長) gave Masaki very beautiful phalaenopsis orchid (胡蝶蘭).
